The Senecas Story
Darien Oien is the owner and CEO of Senecas Consulting LLC.
Darien is known for her approachable style and for adopting a collaborative approach to finding practical solutions. For twenty years, she worked in-house as an executive for some of the industry’s largest independent mortgage banks in leadership roles that included Chief Legal Officer, EVP of Operations, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer.
She built numerous teams to provide exceptional support in the areas of legal, compliance, quality control, licensing, counterparty risk, human resources, operations, and vendor management. Darien is passionate about helping mortgage companies navigate change and develop thriving cultures.
Using her unique and diverse background, along with 20+ years of experience, she offers new strategies, a fresh perspective, and a passion for serving the mortgage industry.
Meet the CEO
Darien lives in Scottsdale and Lake Tahoe with her husband Jason, a “brady bunch” of 4 amazing kids, and two ridiculous retrievers.
She loves the outdoors (hiking, golf, swimming, pickleball), cheering on kids from various sidelines and theatres (volleyball, baseball, flag football, soccer, basketball – are there any sports left?), and wishing the Cleveland Browns would win the Super Bowl (an Ohio girl can dream).
