I am the owner and CEO of Senecas Consulting. For twenty years, I worked in-house as an executive for some of the industry’s largest independent mortgage banks in leadership roles that included Chief Legal Officer, EVP of Operations, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer. These experiences taught me the value of adopting a collaborative approach to finding practical solutions.

I’ve built numerous teams to provide exceptional support in the areas of legal, compliance, quality control, licensing, counterparty risk, human resources, operations, and vendor management.
